The group has daily adventures mountain biking, hiking parts of the Appalachian Trail including one overnight hike, rock climbing, whitewater canoeing & kayaking on the Pemigewasset River, lots of camp fires and camp activities. Through these challenges, adventurers will increase their self-confidence, spontaneity, teamwork and a sense of comradery among group members and exciting environments. This program promises to be FUN and EXCITING with the flexibility to meet the individual challenge needs of each and every adventurer.

Days 1 - 2

Day 1: "Discover North Woodstock"

Orientation, Travel, and Exploration" Campers are invited to join us for an exciting journey beginning at our Danville NH office at 10 am for a dynamic group orientation. Our dedicated staff will facilitate introductions, foster camaraderie, and preview the exciting week ahead, punctuated by an engaging group challenge activity. Embarking northward to Waterville Valley, our adventurers will kick off their expedition with a thrilling mountain biking excursion to their base camp along the picturesque Pemigewasset River. The ride promises exhilarating downhill stretches, peppered with a single invigorating uphill challenge. Upon reaching camp, participants will unite to pitch tents, indulge in a refreshing swim, and bask in the tranquil ambiance of their inaugural evening, gathered around the crackling campfire. “Orientation, Travel & Explore North Woodstoc

Day 2: "Adventure Awaits: Overnight Hike on the Appalachian Trail"

Campers dive into the morning with gusto, exploring the surrounding area, taking refreshing swims, and engaging in spirited games within our renowned "Thunder Dome." This iconic space, with its wrestling mats and ample tarp cover, plays host to a variety of exhilarating games like Chaos Ball, dodgeball, Gaga Ball, Kings and Pons, and more, ensuring endless fun and laughter. In the late morning, excitement builds as all campers are equipped with hiking backpacks in preparation for an overnight hike. Two options await: the challenge trail and the beginner trek. The intrepid challenge group embarks on a rugged journey along the backside of Kinsman Mountain, a segment of the legendary Appalachian Trail. Here, they have the opportunity to conquer additional peaks for an extra thrill, with the possibility of spending the night in the shelter atop Kinsman. Meanwhile, the beginner group sets off on the more approachable Lincoln Woods trail, a leisurely 3-mile trek through flatter terrain. Arriving at their respective destinations, both groups are greeted by the tranquil upper branch of the Pemigewasset River, inviting them to swim, play, and bask in the serenity of nature. As evening falls, the crackling campfire becomes the focal point of the night's festivities, where campers gather for the traditional Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament of Marshmallow, sharing stories and forging bonds under the starlit sky

Days 3 - 4

Day 3: "The Descent: Reflecting on Triumphs"

As the morning sun illuminates the mountain peaks, campers begin to pack up after a satisfying breakfast, perhaps taking a moment for one last exploration of the surrounding area. With memories of their mountain conquest still fresh in their minds, they begin the descent down the trail, each step a testament to their resilience and determination. Before returning to camp, a special "store stop" awaits, offering campers the chance to indulge in a celebratory snack of their choice, commemorating their successful summit and marking the end of a memorable journey. Back at camp, reunited once more, campers are greeted with a myriad of options for the afternoon and evening. Whether it's a refreshing swim in the Pemi River, engaging in spirited camp games in the Thunder Dome, or simply gathering around the fire to share stories and laughter, the remainder of the day is filled with relaxation and camaraderie, as campers reflect on their triumphs and the bonds forged during their mountain adventure.

Day 4: "River Run Adventure: Conquering the Pemigewasset"

After conquering the peaks of the White Mountains by bike and foot, it's time to embrace a new adventure on the stunning Pemigewasset River. Campers embark on an exhilarating journey, navigating a scenic 5-mile stretch of the river that offers a perfect blend of playful flat water and beginner-level class I rapids. Amidst the tranquil beauty of the river, excitement builds as campers encounter a surprise class II rapid, injecting an extra dose of adrenaline into the final stretch of their journey. With every twist and turn of the river, laughter and cheers fill the air as campers revel in the thrill of the rapids. Throughout the day, the river becomes a playground for campers, with several stops allowing ample opportunities for swimming, playful antics, and refreshing dips in the cool waters. It's a welcome respite for tired legs, offering a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure amidst the breathtaking scenery of the White Mountains.

Day 5: "Rock Climbing & Vertical Thrills"

Prepare for a day of exploration and adrenaline amidst the stunning vistas of Bald Mountain and Artist Bluff. Campers embark on a short yet scenic hike, winding their way around Bald Mountain and ascending to the majestic overlook of Artist Bluff. At Artist Bluff, against the breathtaking backdrop of Cannon Mountain and Eco Lake, campers have the option to test their courage and skill with an exhilarating session of rock climbing. With expert guidance and encouragement, they scale the rugged cliffs, conquering new heights and forging memories against the backdrop of nature's grandeur. Following their hiking and climbing adventures, campers embark on a thrilling downhill bike ride, descending from Artist Bluff to their campsite in North Woodstock. With the Eco Lake bike path guiding their way, they pedal through picturesque scenery, with vehicles trailing behind for safety as they navigate through the scenic downtown area. As the day draws to a close, campers retire to bed early, knowing that tomorrow brings their epic challenge of the week, a thrilling culmination of their adventures in the White Mountains.

Days 6 - 8

Day 6: "Summit Pursuit: Conquering Mt. Lafayette"

With the dawn's first light, campers eagerly prepare for their ultimate adventure of the week: the ascent of Mt. Lafayette. As they pack their backpacks in anticipation of the challenge ahead, excitement fills the air, mingled with a touch of nervous anticipation. Two trail options await, catering to each camper's level of challenge and ambition. Option 1 leads to the Green Leaf Hut, a 3-mile hike offering breathtaking views, plenty of rest stops, and camaraderie along the way. Option 2, the Falling Waters Trail, presents a more demanding journey, conquering three peaks—Little Haystack, Lincoln, and Lafayette—over a challenging 9.3-mile trek. Despite the difficulty, campers embrace the adventure with gusto, fueled by determination and a sense of accomplishment with each step. As night falls, campers descend into town to celebrate their triumph, exploring the charming streets of Lincoln, indulging in snacks, collecting souvenirs, and checking in with loved ones back home. Though exhaustion may linger, the exhilaration of achievement and camaraderie prevails, as campers gather around the fire, reliving the day's triumphs with laughter and shared memories. In the glow of the firelight, their pride and excitement radiate, a testament to the enduring spirit of adventure that defines their journey in the White Mountains.

Day 7: "Splash Extravaganza at Whale's Tale Waterpark"

As our exhilarating week of adventure draws to a close, we embark on our final full day together at Whale's Tale Waterpark, a haven of aquatic delights nestled amidst the picturesque White Mountains. Campers eagerly dive into a world of excitement, where they can enjoy a plethora of waterslides, splash in the wave pool, meander along the lazy river, and even test their skills on the surf machine. And after a day of thrilling activities, there's no better way to unwind than soaking in the rejuvenating hot tubs, basking in the warmth and tranquility. As the sun sets on our unforgettable journey, we venture into town for a celebratory dinner of pizza, savoring the flavors of friendship and camaraderie. Returning to camp, we gather around the crackling campfire, enveloped in the warmth of shared memories and laughter echoing within the Thunder Dome. It's a fitting finale to our week of challenge and adventure, a chance to revel in the bonds we've forged and the triumphs we've achieved together.

Day 8: "The Grand Finale: Embracing Adventure until the End"

On the final day of camp, the spirit of adventure still burns bright as campers seize the opportunity for one last hurrah. With options abound, they can choose to explore nearby waterfalls, take a leap off the bridge, enjoy a leisurely river float, or engage in spirited camp games. The possibilities are endless, ensuring that every camper can make the most of their remaining time together. As lunchtime approaches, campers gather to pack up their tents, reflecting on the memories and friendships forged during their unforgettable week. Amidst laughter and shared stories, they bid farewell to their temporary home, carrying with them the cherished moments and lessons learned. Heading back to Danville, NH, campers embark on the journey home, eager to reunite with their families and share tales of their adventures. But before reaching their final destination, there's one last surprise in store—a secret stop along the way, adding an extra touch of magic to their journey and ensuring that the spirit of adventure lives on until the very end.
