Adventurelore Day Camp offers an unforgettable outdoor experience at our main campus in Danville, New Hampshire, where adventure, connection, and confidence-building come together in a supportive and fun environment.
Throughout the week, campers dive into hands-on, team-based challenges designed to promote collaboration, resilience, and problem-solving. Campers will experience high and low ropes elements, our rock climbing wall, and exciting water activities including kayaking, canoeing, and swimming on Long Pond. Beyond the thrill of adventure, campers also learn essential outdoor and camp skills, such as building shelters, fire building, and land navigation.
Our carefully curated activities are intentionally designed to build self-esteem, strengthen self-confidence, and foster meaningful friendships. We believe connection is just as important as adventure. Our highly trained staff focus on creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where every camper feels supported, seen, and encouraged.

Whether it’s conquering a challenge course, paddling across the pond, or laughing with friends around the fire, Adventurelore Day Camp is a place where campers grow, connect, and thrive.
Campers arrive at Adventurelore and ease into the day with supervised free play until camp officially begins at 9:00 AM. During this time, counselors facilitate activities such as basketball, soccer, card games, bracelet making, and other creative options, allowing campers to connect with friends and get comfortable for the day ahead.
After camp begins, campers split into age-based groups: Ages 7–9 and Ages 10–12
Each group embarks on adventure-based challenges designed to build teamwork, communication, leadership, resilience, and problem-solving skills. These activities are hands-on, engaging, and intentionally designed to support personal growth—while keeping fun at the center of everything we do.
Midday, campers come together as a full camp community to enjoy lunch, relax, and recharge before the afternoon’s adventures.
The afternoon is packed with high-energy outdoor experiences, including rock climbing, swimming, and boating. Campers are encouraged to challenge themselves, support one another, and celebrate personal achievements in a safe and exciting setting.
Each day, counselors recognize one camper with the “Gatorade Camper of the Day” award. This award celebrates campers who demonstrate growth, leadership, positive attitude, and full engagement in the camp experience.
As the week builds, campers work together toward a special Friday adventure—a group trip to Memories Ice Cream. Camp staff safely transport campers in Adventurelore vehicles, creating a fun and memorable way to celebrate the week’s accomplishments.

Corey has a background in playing and coaching a variety of different sports to include college football. Corey earned his bachelors degree in sociology with a minor in coaching from Castleton University. After earning his degree, he graduated the 175th NH police academy and worked as a police officer in the lakes region of New Hampshire. After finding his passion for working with at-risk youth, he went back to school to earn his masters degree in clinical mental health counseling at Rivier University. Corey’s clinical experience includes working as an InShape health mentor, residential treatment counselor, and mobile crisis response team clinician in Manchester, NH. Corey is also a certified personal trainer which allows him to deliver a true holistic approach to therapy.

Jen holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a minor in Adventure Education from Springfield College. Driven by a deep passion for supporting youth, she joined the Adventurelore team in 2021.
Before pursuing her career in adventure-based therapy, Jen served as a college volleyball coach at Roger Williams University, bringing leadership and mentorship to student-athletes. In addition, she is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and has worked extensively with deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals in home-based therapeutic service programs.
A two-time All-American volleyball player at Springfield College, Jen brings the same dedication, resilience, and teamwork to her work with Adventurelore. Her diverse background in athletics, education, and mental health allows her to connect with and empower the youth she serves.
